Meet Ian Grame

Ian Grame is a Cleveland native who brings a passion for real estate mixed with a warm personality together to help make the home buying or selling process a pleasant experience for his clients.

After having received an undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace College, Ian branched off into a teaching career that took him to 3 other states and one other country (United Arab Emirates), before bringing him back to his hometown with a newfound passion: real estate.

Ian specializes in three areas: residential home sales, land, and real estate investing. On the home sales side, Ian has had experience selling homes on both the east and west side of Cleveland, as well as the surrounding suburbs and outlying cities. His teaching career that involved working with both special needs students and emotionally disturbed students has given him unique giftings in patience and negotiating that have helped him keep real estate transactions moving forward as smoothly as possible, even in the face of difficult customers (and even difficult cities!). Ian is also an up and coming agent in land sales, as he has recognized the tremendous value of land and has repositioned himself accordingly.   Ian’s final area of specialty is real estate investing. He has learned first hand from very successful investors, has gotten his hands dirty rehabbing houses, and has gained the knowledge and experience necessary to help others create wealth for themselves through real estate investment properties.

Above all else, Ian lives by one motto: serve others before yourself. By keeping that a priority, Ian strives to help every client in any way that he can, and he believes that by valuing and serving others, he will create a positive experience for everyone he works with.
